Shipping Process & Tracking Notifications

We pride ourselves on processing your order quickly, with most orders shipping out of our facility in less than 24 hours. In cases of high demand, orders can take up to 72 hours. Vape mails will be shipped through our reliable shipping network to swiftly deliver your packages.

Shipping Method and Estimated Delivery Times will be provided at checkout, depending on your location and local service provider. Tracking email will automatically be sent out once it finish processing at our facility.

*All transit times are estimated delivery times and do not include weekends or holidays.
If you are located in the Midwest or Eastern half of the U.S., your order may undergo a 2-Step Shipping Process.

Required Adult Signature Service

In accordance with Federal jurisdiction and laws, all vape mail orders will require the use of Adult Signature Confirmation (21+) upon delivery for packages containing e-cigarette related products. To receive this package, the recipient is required to show a proper form of government photo identification to the delivery employee for age confirmation.

The Adult Signature service requires an additional charge of $10 and the rates will be reflected during the checkout process. If it’s more convenient for you, we’re able to ship your vape gears to a business address.

Shipping and Handling Timelines

It can take 24 to 72 business hours to process before it is shipped out for all orders. After the processing period, a tracking email will be automatically sent to the customer to confirm the package is in the final stages of fulfillment. Shipping Method and Estimated Delivery Times will be provided at checkout, depending on your location.

Estimated Transit Times
•  Western Half of the US – 1-3 business days* in transit
•  Eastern Half of the US – 6-20 business days* in transit
•  International Packages –  No estimate available, tracking will show movement from our facility to the US international Sort Facility and then once it arrives in your country (If you have not received any updates, please contact your local customs agency).

Note: During the busy holiday season or surge of sales, processing can take up to 5 business days. Our team works hard everyday to ensure customers receive packages as soon as possible so we greatly appreciate your patience.

We process orders from 8:00AM PST – 4PM PST on Monday to Friday. Shipping carriers do not process orders on weekends and U.S Federal Holidays.

Return to Sender

Any reshipping services are at ADJ sole discretion.

If a package is returned to us because of undeliverable address such as incorrect or incomplete address, we are not obligated to issue a refund or send replacement goods at our expense. If goods are returned to us back at our facility, a refund will be offered less the postal expense.

If a package is returned to sender because the carrier could not collect an adult signature and proof of ID, ADJ reserves the right to deduct a $15 restocking fee from the refund of the order. Furthermore, ADJ reserves the right to re-ship a replacement order only after the original package has been returned to us and processed and we are not obligated to re-send them at our expense.

State Regulations

Orders with prohibited items will be removed and cancelled from the order, subject to the entire order being cancelled and refunded while the rest of the package will be processed normally.

All Vape sales have been banned to the following locations:

  1. States – Arkansas, Maine, Oregon, Utah, and Vermont
  2. Cities – San Francisco, Anchorage

Flavored E-Liquid sales are banned to the following locations:

  1. States – New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts, Rhode island
  2. Cities – Chicago, Washington D.C.

Note: For the State of Maryland, we are unable to ship any Disposable Vapes to customers located within the state due to local regulation that was put in place. For the State of New York, New Jersey, and Massachusetts, the use of coupons will not apply due to State restrictions.

Canada Orders

Proof of Age Required

To ensure that the person ordering online is, in fact, 18 years old, we now use Canada Post’s Proof of Age (18+) signature and identity service on every parcel.

This identity service is required and is an additional $2 charge.  Due to COVID-19, Canada Post has ceased Age-Verification at your home door, and may require you to go to your nearest post office or licensed outlet to show your ID in person.

A signature of the person named on the shipping address will be obtained by Canada Post upon delivery of all shipments.  If you are not home when delivery is attempted, the package will be left at your nearest post office, where you will have to show your Proof of Age to sign for and receive the package.

ANY AND ALL fees and purchase costs associated with packages that are Returned to Sender because Proof of Age was not produced, will NOT receive a refund.
Again, if you are underage (less than 18), DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER  on AmericaDreamJuice.com, as you will LOSE your complete payment and NOT receive a refund.

How Much Does Shipping Cost?

For orders of $69.99 CAD or greater (before tax), Expedited Shipping is FREE! For all other orders, shipping starts a Flat Rate of just $8.00 (+ $2 *Proof of Age* service)

Parcels are shipped by Canada Post from Toronto, Ontario by Expedited Parcel and are typically received within 2 to 7 business days (when items are in stock) depending on your location (see Delivery Standards below).  Shipped items come with a tracking number that will be emailed to you once the courier has scanned your parcel.

How long does it take to process my order?

All orders require a minimum of 1-2 business days of processing time prior to shipping.  Processing your order involves 3 steps:

  1. Payment Verification.  Waiting for your payment to fully clear can sometimes take up to 24 hours.
  2. Pulling your items from the warehouse.
  3. Packing your items.

This entire process will often take 1 to 2 business days, and possibly longer if there are extenuating circumstances.

  1. AmericaDreamJuice.com does not process orders during the weekend.
  2. No deliveries will be made on weekends or holidays (Canadian or US).

So, for example, if you ordered on a Friday, the next official business day is Monday, so your order will still appear to be in “processing” mode over the weekend until is it scanned and ready for shipment on Tuesday.

Please note that order processing times can also be affected by other factors outside of our control, including supply chain delays.

Once your package has been both PROCESSED and PICKED UP by Canada Post, the transit time to your destination will be determined by the Canada Post Expedited Delivery Standards.

When will I get my tracking email?

After the 3 “processing” steps have been completed (1 to 2 business days), we scan your package for shipment, the final step.  Upon Canada Post taking possession of your package, you will usually receive your tracking and/or shipping confirmation email within 5 hours.

If an item is not in current stock but has been mistakenly reported as such, AmericaDreamJuice.com will inform you by email with an updated, expected shipping time-frame and may provide you with an optional replacement product of equal value if the previously ordered item is not scheduled to return to inventory within a reasonable period of time due to a recall or sudden discontinuation.

Backorders

Due to the popularity of certain products (especially newer releases), it is impossible to maintain a surplus of inventory that can always sufficiently meet an overwhelming demand.  In cases such as these, products may be listed as being on backorder.  If an item is listed as such, we will still accept your orders and place them in a queue for fulfillment.  We will not always be able to give you a precise time-frame as to when the product will be restocked, however, if we have been provided an accurate time-frame from our manufactures or suppliers, we will inform you of the expected restocking schedule.  Some items may take only 2 days while others may take up to 3 weeks or more.  As vendors, the time-frame is out of our control as we are often at the mercy of our manufacturers.  Back-ordered products that have been purchased by customers will not be refunded because of time-lag issues.  Refunds will only be considered if a pre-purchased back-ordered product has officially been declared discontinued by our manufacturers or suppliers and is therefore no longer available.

What is Your Return Policy?

Returns are accepted on products that are verified as NOT FUNCTIONING ON ARRIVAL (NFOA) only.  That means the products received were not functioning brand new out of the box.  e.g., Battery won’t power up or leakage.

For any NFOA claims, you must contact us immediately at info@americadreamjuice.com and no later than 36 hours after receiving your item. Defective hardware must be shipped back to us at your expense. We will test the defective part and if confirmed defective, we will ship the replacement part with your next order and refund the shipping cost (an amount equal to our standard shipping cost to your location).
We highly advise you to check and verify the contents and condition of the items ordered once they arrive at your location.

There are no exchanges or refunds.

Due to our supplier agreement, we cannot accept returns on taste performance. There are no refunds or exchanges on any of our disposables beyond “NFOA”.
We are not responsible for any loss, liability, damage (direct or indirect), personal injury, or expense of any nature that may occur to you or third party recipients due to the use of our items. Furthermore we are not liable for any of the previously mentioned scenarios that may occur due to our omission, delay, accidental, or inaccuracies of information stated on this website. We encourage every customer to research an item before purchasing it.

International Orders

If your country / state is not listed during the checkout process, we are unable to accept payment from or ship to your country at this time.

  1. All products sold are listed in US Dollars and will not be automatically converted into your local currency. ADJ is not responsible for any conversion fees associated with international orders.
  2. All  duties, taxes, VAT, and any shipping service related fees are not covered and customers are responsible for these payments. Additionally, ADJ is not responsible for any packages that are seized or stopped by the authorities, or any fees that are required for international duties.

For any reasons that the package incurred any additional shipping costs, such as being rejected by customs, wrong address delivery, or sent back to sender from the customer, the additional cost is subject to deduction from the original payment.

We highly recommend contacting your local authorities for more rules and regulations in regards to electronic cigarettes and vaping products.

Lost & Undelivered Packages

Lost or undelivered packages are not the responsibility of ADJ, and any issues arising from packages not received must be resolved by the customer, with the third-party carrier in use. ADJ strives in the upkeep and resolution of such matters, and any erroneous shipping issues must be reported within 48 hours of the last tracking update.

ADJ will not be responsible for packages shown as Delivered when it is shipped to third-party shipping carriers. Any issues that arise with such shipments that are marked delivered  must be resolved by the customer with the third-party shipping company.

Please note that erroneous and incomplete address submissions inputted by the user will cause delays, returns, and other issues that will impact the successful shipping of your order. ADJ is not responsible for any and all costs associated with incorrect address submissions inputted by the user.
